Academic and Psycho-Educational Testing

Academic and psycho-educational testing is conducted in the child's school setting  and the assessments administered depend on the school district's referral questions and concerns. All assessments are norm-referenced measures that produce standard scores for comparison to same age and same grade level peers. These assessments are useful for identifying specific strengths and weaknesses to guide academic treatment planning, as well as determine current instructional levels. They assist in the qualification process of learning disabilities and identify specific barriers that may be impacting your child's success and growth academically.
