William Richardson, Ed.S., BCBA, LBA
Director of Clinical Services
William Richardson (Billy) is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Alabama. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and his Masters and Education Specialist degrees in School Psychology from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. Billy spent the first 6 years of his career working as a School Psychologist for the public school system in Missoula, Montana and Charleston, South Carolina. After moving to Birmingham, Alabama, Billy began private practice providing behavior analytic services to both school districts and families. In June 2015, he became certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. 
 
Billy has expertise and experience in both the public school system and private practice.  His skill sets and experiences enable him to provide a unique level of support and services to children with disabilities, their families, and the public school districts.
Jessica Arevalo, M.S., CCC-SLP, BCBA
Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist
Board Certified Behavior Analyst 
Jessica Arevalo is a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from Colorado State University. She received a post-graduate certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders from the University of Albany and a post-graduate certification in Behavior Analysis from St. Joseph's University.  She obtained a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. In 2015, she became certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. 
 
Jessica's previous experience includes more than twelve years working for local public school districts as a Speech and Language Pathologist, Behavior Intervention Specialist, and Instructional Support Teacher. Prior to working with the school districts, Jessica spent 4 years providing Direct Behavioral Therapy services.  Jessica has a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and skill sets that enables her to be an exceptional team member and invaluable asset to families and children. 

Gunter Davis Owens, M.A., BCBA
Clinical Supervisor of ABA Services 
Board Certified Behavior Analyst 
Gunter Davis Owens has worked in the field of Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis for 11 years.  She received her Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from UAB and completed course work for certification in behavior analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology.  Gunter became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2011, and served as Supervisor of ABA Outpatient Services for Mitchell's Place from 2011-2014.  Gunter joined Behavioral ONE in the Spring of 2016 and works as the Clinical Supervisor of ABA Services.  She has extensive knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, and the principles of Verbal Behavior.
Kalie Bible, M.S., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst 
Kalie Bible is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees at Jacksonville State University. As a graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Learning Services, Kalie taught Intermediate Algebra utilizing Precision Teaching, direct instruction, and behavioral science management techniques to enable her students to improve both their mathematical and study skills. She used those same skills to teach and supervise first-year graduate students, helping them improve their skills in Precision Teaching, direct instruction, and use of the Standard Celeration Chart. Kalie enjoys staying active in the field and volunteering on committees. In 2015, she served as the Alabama Applied Behavior Analysis Student-at-Large. She is currently a member of the International Precision Teaching Conference and is the Associate Vice President of the Programs committee.
Laura McLain, BCaBA   
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Laura earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Auburn in 2006.  She completed coursework to obtain her certification in ABA through the Florida Institute of Technology and became certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2011.  Laura has 13 years of experience working with typical children and those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. She began her career serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorders at Mitchell’s Place in Birmingham, AL in 2006.  Over the next 10 years she worked as an assistant and lead teacher, 1:1 behavior therapist, lead behavior therapist for the in-patient ABA program, program coordinator for the after-school social program and RBT trainer and supervisor.  She joined the Behavioral ONE team in the spring of 2017.  Her knowledge and skills lie in Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training and the principles of Verbal Behavior and Social Skills.
    
Kelsey Brock, M.A., LPC, CRC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Kelsey Brock is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and her Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Kelsey has over 10 years of experience working with children and families in behavioral health settings.  She began her career providing Direct Behavior Therapy services at Brewer Porch Children’s Center and Mitchell’s Place.  Kelsey completed her counseling licensure while working at the Horizon’s School and Brookwood Medical Center’s inpatient and partial hospitalization programs.  Kelsey most recently lived in Chattanooga where she served as a pediatric outpatient therapist at the Mental Health Cooperative and as an Admissions Counselor at Girls Preparatory School.  Kelsey and her family moved home to Birmingham in the Fall of 2017 at which point she became a part of the Behavioral ONE team.
 
Kelsey enjoys working with a wide range of child, adolescent, and young adult needs including: ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Behavioral Disorders, Depressive Disorders, and Trauma Related Issues. 
 
Kelsey is skilled in utilizing: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
 
Kelsey is currently enrolled in a distance learning doctoral program at Vanderbilt University.  She anticipates completing her Ed.D in 2020. 
    
Olivia Bailey, B.A., RBT
Registered Behavior Technician 
Olivia Bailey is a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral ONE. Olivia graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders and a minor in Human Development. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction of Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Olivia is currently a junior board member of the Autism Society of Alabama and a member of the Alabama Association of Behavioral Analysis. While attending the University of Alabama, Olivia worked with individuals with special needs through The University of Alabama RISE School and Crossing Points. 
Kathleen Cassidy, B.A., RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Kathleen Cassidy is a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral ONE. Her interest in applied behavioral analysis began with coursework at Auburn University, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While at Auburn, Kathleen took part in a supplementary practicum at the Learning Tree Preschool where she began working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. After graduating, Kathleen moved to New Orleans to work as a Behavior Therapist serving children in their homes and schools. With over three years of direct intervention experience, she has moved back to Alabama to be closer to family and friends. 
Victoria Owen, B.S., RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Victoria Owen is a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral ONE. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her coursework at UAB focused on child development. While attending the University of Alabama-Birmingham, Victoria served as an aide for students in the public school. She has also served as the Director of Children's Ministry at a Methodist Church in Huntsville, and as an art teacher at Camp Sumatanga in Gallant. 
Molli Tudisco, B.A., RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Molli Tudisco is a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral ONE. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. While attending the University of Alabama, she completed a practicum and mentorship at Brewer Porch Children’s Center. She also conducted physiological research for the Power Path-Head Start Intervention Project, which focused on child development during transitions from prekindergarten through first grade. Following graduation, she served as a classroom assistant at Mitchell’s Place. She joined the Behavioral ONE team in the summer of 2017. She hopes to pursue a Masters degree in the field of behavior analysis.
    
Leah Brownell, B.S., RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Leah Brownell is a Registered Behavioral Technician at Behavioral ONE. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. While at Alabama, Leah discovered her passion for working with children through teaching gymnastics and her practicum experiences at the Child Development and Research Center. She also has experience tutoring children from low income families. She enjoys working with children and adults of all ages.
    
Jasmine McCaskey, B.A., RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Jasmine is a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral ONE. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders. After graduating, she began working at The Learning Tree where she worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at The University of West Florida. Jasmine is an active member of the Autism Society of Alabama Junior Board.
Christa Stephens, B.S.
Elementary Education Teacher
Christa Stephens has a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education with specified training in dyslexia through Orton Gillingham. She has over 17 years of teaching experience in both private and public education. Her experience includes working with students with Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and other Developmental Delays. She provides tutoring in language, reading, and math for students of all ages. She enjoys helping struggling students make progress and seeing them be successful.  
Janie Webb, M.A., Ed.S.
School Psychologist
Janie Webb is certified as a School Psychologist by the State of Alabama Department of Education. She has over 20 years of experience working with school districts and families. She has experience and knowledge in psycho-educational evaluations and special education eligibility.
